New Captive Clothing

Rhiver has graced us with a new outfit for the proud northern free woman.  As always the quality of her products is wonderful and her attention to detail amazing.  It comes in several different colors so be sure to check it out at her shop in world.

A fun revamp done by a creator that’s been kicking around for awhile.  I’ve loved some of her older outfits (that are now on sale!) and the newer ones she has released are pretty cool.

Be warned, her stuff is hit and miss, some work great for Gor, others .. not so much.  She also does a pregnancy line of clothing.  If you enjoy the “grungy” look you should check it out.

New from KnickKnack

I’ve been lax on my usual shop trolling so of course this one just slipped right past me.  KnickKnack has a new release for Free women (WEAR THE UNDER SHIRT).  It’s cute, I haven’t bought it -yet- but you can be sure I will.  She’s also providing a very nice furry shall for the winter time.  I gotta love it, once again, a wonderful way to cover up unwanted cleavage if your dress is a bit questionably cut.

Bina Bina Bina!!!!

It was a sad day for me when Bina closed down.  She makes amazing clothing for FW as well as slaves.  But .. happy day!  Call it an early Christmas gift.  I found out Bina will be reopening a new store off the TRIDENT shop.

Vigo – New Release Nov. 2010

Vigo has some new releases.  She must have snuck them out while I was away.  She hasn’t posted them up on the marketplace yet so you’ll have to pop over to her shop to see them.  One is a northern style outfit and the other could work for both north and south (just be sure to wear the undershirt).

At the risk of stating the obvious.  Wrong .. Wrong … Wrong

Yarrrrr.. Unbuckle my .. Pants?

My oh my.  At first glance this is a common enough fashion offense made by the self proclaimed pirate women of Gor.  Now, far be it for me to nay say your choice of character back story and occupation but as much as I wrack my brain I can’t seem to remember the singular existence of a female pirate in the books.  I could regale you with the social structure of Port Kar and an in depth recounting of John Norman’s gorean “pirate” but pesky details be damned.

While the shirt isn’t as low cut as some I’ve seen it’s the pants that truly shocked me.

I’m sure some of us remember the conveniences of rip away snap pants, I guess we would call this the gorean version?

Up side, lots of ventilation on those hot muggy gorean days and the thrill of never actually having to pull your pants down.

Down side, the time it would take to buckle each of those suckers, and oh yeah its NOT GOREAN.  Not for Free Men and CERTAINLY not for Free Women.

About 5 years ago I wore this outfit to a “Bring your Booty” pirate themed halloween party (no no, that’s not me in that outfit.. it’s a model).  Feel free to scroll up and compare the tops.

I got laid.  As a rule, if I got laid in RL wearing something disturbingly similar to what your Free Woman pixils are wearing in Gor, you need to re-evaluate your clothing options.
